Why Total HVAC Parts: Real Stock, Same-Day Shipping, No Account Required

Most HVAC parts suppliers make you work for it. Create a distributor account. Get approved. Call to check if something is actually in stock, because the website number isn't reliable. Wait on hold, or wait for a callback that may or may not come before the job stalls. None of that has anything to do with getting the right part into your hands. We built Total HVAC Parts because that process is broken, and it doesn't need to be.

The problem with the way parts normally get sold

Anyone who has sourced OEM parts under time pressure knows the pattern: the part number is right there on the failed component, but actually buying it means navigating a rep, a login, or a phone tree first. The information asymmetry is the whole business model for a lot of distributors — you don't get a straight answer on stock or price until you're already talking to someone whose job is to sell you something. That might work fine when there's no rush. It doesn't work when a system is down and a customer is waiting.

We came up in that world, on the buying side of it. So the store we built skips the parts that don't help you and keeps the parts that do.

What you can actually count on

No account or application to place an order — just checkout, like buying anything else online. If a part's listing says it's in stock, it's in stock; we don't publish placeholder numbers. Order by 1pm ET Monday through Friday and it ships the same day. Every part is genuine OEM, backed by the manufacturer's own warranty, not a gray-market substitute. And if the wrong part shows up because a spec didn't match — ours or yours — 30-day returns, no restocking runaround. Not sure a part fits before you buy it? Send us the model and serial number through the Contact page and we'll confirm it before you order, not after.

OEM parts across the equipment you're already working on

The catalog spans the brands and product lines that actually show up in the field: Daikin Applied commercial equipment, VRV systems, and chillers; WaterFurnace water-source and geothermal systems, including units that shipped under the Johnson Controls and YORK badge; and Greenheck, Valent, and Innovent fan and ventilation equipment. If you're not sure which line you're servicing or which part number you need, our OEM vs. aftermarket guide and model/serial lookup guide walk through how to nail it down before you order.

Where we ship

We're not a counter you walk into — we're a warehouse in Wilmington, Delaware that ships nationwide. Wherever the job is, if you can get a package there, we can get the part there, typically the same day it's ordered when you're in before the 1pm ET cutoff. No regional coverage gaps, no "that's outside our territory."

If you know the part number, search it. If you only know the unit, tell us the model and serial through the Parts Help Desk and we'll get you to the right listing.
